By accessing or using ClientHub AI you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Refunds follow the terms of our refund policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by transmitting unlawful content, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the platform's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant ClientHub AI a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes and ask you to re-accept where required by law.
